From that point forward you’ll work with your personal trainer, who will also have access to Dr. Habib and can make requests for further medical consultations as needed (additional charges may apply).

How long is a personal program?
We offer personal online training in 4-week blocks. This allows for us to help our clients make steady progress over several weeks and then adjust their programs to account for their evolving fitness levels, goals, needs, wants, etc.
